Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. Now Trading on the Texas Stock Exchange

Common and Preferred Stock Become Primary Listings on TXSE

DALLAS , Oct. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (TXSE: TCBI), the parent company of Texas Capital, today announced that its common and preferred stock have commenced trading on the Texas Stock Exchange (“TXSE”), following the transfer of their primary listings from Nasdaq.

Texas Capital Bancshares’ common and preferred stock began trading on TXSE at market open today under the ticker symbols, “TCBI” and “TCBI PRB,” respectively. The company expects to change the ticker symbols to “TXCP” and “TXCP PRB,” respectively, on November 9, 2026. No action is required by stockholders in connection with the ticker symbol change.

“As the only full-service financial services firm founded and headquartered in Texas, Texas Capital is proud to align with the only national securities exchange, built, headquartered and incorporated in the state we call home,” said Rob C. Holmes, Chairman, President & CEO of Texas Capital. “Texas policymakers have continued to strengthen the state’s business and capital markets environment, helping create the conditions for new financial infrastructure to thrive. The Texas Stock Exchange has paired that environment with an experienced leadership team, purpose-built technology, strong institutional backing and an issuer-focused approach to listings, making TXSE a compelling long-term relationship for Texas Capital and our shareholders.”

The transfer marks another milestone in Texas Capital’s connection with TXSE, following the September 16, 2026, transfer of the firm’s two Texas-focused ETFs, which became the exchange’s first primary listings and first exchange-traded funds to trade on TXSE.

Texas Capital and TXSE will commemorate the company’s move to the exchange with a closing bell ceremony on Monday, November 9, 2026, in Dallas, bringing together leaders from both organizations and members of the Texas business community. The ceremony will be livestreamed beginning at approximately 2:50 p.m. CT and can be viewed online here.
